Our Beef is pasture-raised grain-finished, then dry-aged for 14-21 days. We are 3rd Party verified as 100% antibiotic and hormone-free. Unlike industrial operations, we know the history of each animal and monitor the herd every day.

We use rotational grazing to holistically manage our grasslands as a food source for our cattle and the wildlife that call these rangelands home.
